Darth Vader Helmet Vents Type 2

I was given one of the actual metal vent parts which was taken from a Thorn EMI photomultiplier tube in 2006 by a fellow star wars fan who wanted to know if I could duplicate it in resin.


This version is just the centre square vent part, as it was brought to my attention some moulded fibreglass head shrouds have just a little square recess not a hole so just cast up the middle leaving off the surround.


I also do these as perfect copies of the original with flange, which it seems are nigh on impossible to get hold of these days, so while perhaps not as prestigious as the proper metal ones, they do the job and look just the same when painted. 
 
 
This is for a set of 8 vents and they come in beige resin ready for you to paint.
